This Privacy Policy explains how Stellore ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use stellore.io and our mobile applications (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data: email, name, and authentication identifiers (e.g., Google account ID).
  • Astrological profile: birth date, birth time, birth city, computed zodiac signs, and chart preferences.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, features used, readings generated, and device/browser metadata.
  • Payment data: handled by our payment processor; we receive only billing identifiers and subscription status, no card numbers.
  • Marketing data: UTM parameters, referral source, and advertising-platform identifiers (fbclid, gclid) used for attribution.

2. How we use your information

  • Provide astrology, horoscope, and tarot features.
  • Personalize readings using your birth data and reading history.
  • Process subscription payments through our payment processor.
  • Send transactional emails (magic-link sign-in, receipts, subscription changes).
  • Measure advertising performance and improve the Service.
  • Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.

3. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

We process data under (a) contract — to deliver the Service you signed up for; (b) legitimate interests — to improve, secure, and market the Service; (c) consent — for non-essential cookies and marketing emails where required; and (d) legal obligation — for tax and compliance records.

4. How we share information

  • Service providers: Airwallex (payments), Mailgun (email), Sentry (error tracking), OpenRouter/DeepSeek (AI), Google and Meta (advertising and analytics), hosting providers.
  • Legal compliance: when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Stellore and its users.
  • Business transfers: if Stellore is acquired, merged, or reorganized.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We retain account data for as long as you have an account. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@stellore.io. We may retain limited records (billing, anti-fraud) for up to 7 years where required by law.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. EEA/UK users may lodge complaints with their supervisory authority. California users have rights under the CCPA/CPRA.

7. International transfers

Stellore is operated from Vietnam and uses service providers in the United States and the European Union. When we transfer data out of the EEA/UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved safeguards.

8. Children

Stellore is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Security

We use industry-standard security measures (TLS encryption, hashed authentication tokens, least-privilege database access). No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
