Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Stellore (the "Service") provided by Stellore. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Stellore. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account

You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans renew automatically at the selected interval until canceled.
  • You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access changes when the payment processor confirms the subscription status change.
  • Prices, features, and plan structure may change; changes affect renewals after notice.
  • All payments are processed by Airwallex; Stellore does not store card details.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service or its AI systems.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, subscription tiers, or access controls.
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
  • Scrape, bulk-download, or republish Stellore content without permission.

5. Content and intellectual property

Stellore, its logos, and generated reading content are owned by Stellore or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. AI-generated readings are provided for your personal use.

6. AI-generated content and astrological entertainment

Horoscopes, tarot interpretations, and birth-chart readings are generated by AI models and are provided for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not professional advice. See our Disclaimer.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraud, or abuse. You may terminate by deleting your account in settings or by emailing hi@stellore.io.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STELLORE'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD 100 OR THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Vietnam, except where applicable consumer law grants you additional rights.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice.
