Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Stellore offers monthly and annual subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until that date.

7-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a new paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge. This applies only to first-time purchases; renewals and subsequent billing cycles are not covered.

Annual subscription refunds

Annual subscriptions are eligible for the 7-day satisfaction guarantee above. After day 7, annual plans are non-refundable; you may cancel to prevent renewal.

How to request a refund

Email hi@stellore.io from the address on your account with your order reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions

  • Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service (abuse, fraud, chargebacks) are not eligible.
  • Partial-period refunds are not provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law (including EU/UK consumer legislation).
